DeWitt man had child porn images, state troopers say

DeWitt, N.Y. — A man was arrested in DeWitt Thursday on charges that he uploaded explicit photos and videos of young girls in 2023 and 2024.
Abraham M. Witteman, 40, was charged Thursday with possessing and promoting child pornography involving girls as young as 4 years old, state troopers said in a criminal complaint in DeWitt court.
Witteman uploaded the explicit images of young girls and e-mailed some of it four times in 2023 and 2024, troopers alleged. The content included two videos and two pictures with girls from 4 to 8 years old, they said.
